I gave a presentation on Open Source Flex Development to MMUG Dublin last night and provided a shortcuts comparison between Flex Builder and Flash Develop. It only lists the ones that I use and know about. Feel free to mention ones that I haven’t listed.

Some more for FD
CTRL+D – Duplicate Line (I love this shortcut)
CTRL+T – Transpose Lines (I love this shortcut, too)
CTRL+B is actually Snippet
F5 / CTRL+ENTER – Test Movie
F8 – Build Project
CTRL+H – Find and Replace
CTRL+I – Find and Replace in Files
F3 / Shift+F3 – Quick Find Next/Previous
CTRL+Q – Comment Line
CTRL+SHIFT+B – Comment Selection
Note that all of these shortcuts are very easily modified. I prefer to change the Code Generator from CTRL+SHIFT+1 to the much easier to press ALT+2.
FlashDevelop also does not require that you press anything to bring up the code completion, or type things in the right order. You can make typos and it still is smart enough to offer what it thinks you meant to type. Take that Flex Builder. Eclipse is garbage at auto-completion, and, unlike FlashDevelop, if you make a typo while typing, you have to start over again.
thanks for these Steven. I didn’t know about some of these. The comment selection shortcut is very handy.
I’ll update the table with your list.
